Justin Trapp is a church leader and entrepreneur. In 2014, on a mission trip to Madagascar, after he Facetimed into his wife’s very first ultrasound of their first child, Justin felt God’s leading to step way outside his comfort zone and focus on one thing, helping pastors. That calling became Ministry Pass, a sermon resource library used by 50,000 church leaders in over 125 countries.
As a bivocational pastor, Justin was stretched thin. The majority of his time as a pastor was spent preaching, teaching, and creating messages, leaving him very little time to actually shepherd his people well. But with one foot in the church world and one foot in the business world, Justin developed a unique perspective that he knew could help busy pastors be effective communicators as well as effective leaders.
Since 2014, Justin and his team have been actively working to help pastors build better sermons, in less time, with more impact, all for one purpose— to give them back the time they need to be ministers of God’s grace to His people.
When Justin is not working at creating new tools and resources for pastors and church leaders, he can be found hanging out with his wife and their son. He is an avid NFL and UFC fan. He is a cooking enthusiast and doesn’t care what President George W. Bush says; broccoli is awesome!
